Board Members

Michelle James

As Business Manager with the Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan, Michelle is responsible for member communications, communications strategy and media relations to name a few. She has been involved with the Regina chapter of CPRS since 2009. This is her third term as president. While not a native of Regina, she considers it her home base.

Michelle holds a Master in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University. Her research and professional interests include social media, Twitter, social and digital identity, stakeholder relations and communications in a digital space. She also has Bachelor of Arts in English, Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and a Certificate in Public Relations.


Vice-President & Interactive Media

Natalie Tomczak

As a Communications Strategist she is well versed in media relations, issues management, crisis communications and project managment.

Natalie has served on the CPRS Regina chapter Board of Directors since 2007 and is in her third term as Vice-President. She has also served on the Saskatchewan Awards for Communications Excellence (ACE) committee in a variety of roles, including co-chair in 2010 and volunteers her time to mentor and collaborate with other communications professionals at all levels.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Regina.
